Bandaru brothers:
Sri Satya Srinivasa Cold Storage Pvt ltd at Busayavalasa village, Ramabhadra Puram opening puja on March 6th and officially opened on April 16th.
Bandaru Phani Chakravarthy: Bandaru Phani Chakravarthy & Nikhila are blessed with baby boy on March 11th in Hyderabad.
Naming ceremony is celebrated on April 8th in Hyderabad and baby named as Ashrith Bandaru.

Constructed upstairs on his existing house at Vizianagaram.
Bandaru Phani Chakravarthy:
visited West Germany on official tour for 16 Days in the month of April 2010.
Married Nikhila (B.Tech) D/o Maddamasetty Venkata Ramanujayya (Gopi), patancheru, Hyderabad on 30th June 2010.
Bandaru Mahesh: Obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management (HRM) from Siva Sivani Institute of Management, Hyderabad.
Bandaru Divya: Joined Post graduation course M.Sc. Chemistry in Andhra University, Visakhapatnam
Bandaru Kishore: Got appointment as an Electrical Engineer in private organization at Delhi Airport.
Maddamasetty Surya Prakash (Anil): visited Germany and U.K. on official tour for 3-4 months.

Maddamasetty Lakshmana:
18 family members and 9 other members jointly went on Teertha Yathra to Puri Jagannadh and Varanasi under the Leadership of Mr. M.Lakshmana and stayed for 9 days at Varanasi, the abode of Lord Viswanath.
M.Nagaraju got through, Departmental examination for Income Tax Inspector and appeared income tax officers Examination.

Lakshmi & Barigeda Ramesh: Constructed an independent house at B.C.Colony, Balijipeta
Maddamasetty Chandra sekhar (Bujji) and Naga Mani: Blessed with a son named as Chy. Phani Bharat on 1st February 2010.

Angajala Savitramma:
Angajala Murali Krishna and Dr.Rajasekhar: Constructed two adjacent houses in K.L.Puram, Vizianagaram.
Smt. Sita Kumari w/o Late Ravi Kumar, purchased a Flat in the group house in K.L.Puram, Vizianagaram.
Angajala Vamsi Krishna: Joined B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) at Regional Engineering College (NIT), Rourkela.
Srividya and Indugu Hari Krishna: Blessed with a girl child named Chy. Spandana on 24 April 2010 at Vizianagaram.

Constructing a Commercial Complex with 3 Floors at Bobbili
Smt.Padmaja and Sri. Bandaru Venkata Ramana (U.S.A): became share-holders of Sri Satya Srinivasa Cold Storage Pvt Ltd. being constructed at Busayavalasa.
Maddamasetty Vamsi Mohan: got promoted as Assistant Divisional Engineer in A.P GenCo, and posted at Vidyuth Soudha, Hyderabad.

Angajala Rani Shakuntala:
Thota Sri Harsha s/o Sri Buchi Abbai and Sujatha – Joined M.Tech. in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur.

Maddamasetty Mohan Rao:
Smt. Sriphani and Barigeda Muralidhar: got transferred to Mumbai Head Office of Gammon India Pvt.Ltd from Kulu Manali, Himachal Pradesh.


Maddamasetty Krishna Rao :
• His holiness Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Ramanuja China Jeeyar Swamiji selected him for the post of Residential Manager at Badarinath Aashram and he served there for six months. From May – October, 2010. His services at Badarinath Ashram were Highly Appreciated by Swamiji.
• He had performed “Pitru Devatha Pinda Pradana KaaryaKramam” at Brahmakapalam, (Badarinadh) on Mahalaya Amavasya Day of 2010. This is a rare occasion and he got it performed in a commandable way.
Kum. Keerthi: Joined B.Tech in Thandra Paparaya Institute, Komatipalli.

Family calendar

Maddamasetty Rama Devi

Maddamasetty Rama Devi is his fourth and last daughter. She has been affectionately called Chittemma. She was born as dwarf and has growth retardation. She is independent, very helpful and happily mixed with every one in the family. She has died on 11 September 1989.

Maddamasetty Krishna Rao

Maddamasetty Krishna Rao is his youngest son. He has studied S.S.L.C. He was very much interested in Cinema field. He went to Madras and acted in some films as minor characters. He returned back and took Cooperative Training. He has worked as Paid Secretary in Cooperative Society and retired in 2008. He has been helping in many family programmes. He has taken to Vaishnavism as follower of Sri Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamy and actively involved in the holy programmes. He is married to Jamuna, daughter of Kammili Jagannadha Rao in 1977.

They had a son and two daughters Maddamasetty Kiran, Maddamasetty Kalyani and Maddamasetty Keerthi. Maddamasetty Kiran has training in Computer Hardware and working in a private company at Nellore. Maddamasetty Kalyani is now working in Hyderabad. Keerthi has done Engineering Diploma and now lives with her parents.

Maddamasetty Mohan Rao

Maddamasetty Mohan Rao is his fifth son. He has studied Electrical Engineering Diploma in Srikakulam. He has joined as Supervisor in A.P.S.E.B. at Ramagundam. He worked in Badarpur, New Delhi and Panipat, Haryana in different Power Stations. He has joined National Thermal Power Corporation, Ramagundam as Assistant Engineer and retired in 2006 as Senior Manager. He has visited C.E.G.B, London for training in Power generation for 3 months in 1985. He is very friendly and earned many good friends by his ever helpful nature. He was awarded "Power Excel Gold" for his professional services from N.T.P.C. He is married to Kalavathi, adopted daughter of Angajala Jagannadhayya in 1974 at Salur. They had two daughters Maddamasetty Kailasa Gowri and Maddamasetty Sri Phani.


Maddamasetty Kailasa Gowri is their elder daughter. She has done M.A. in English literature from Andhra University. She is married to Bandaru Srinivasa Rao, youngest son of Bandaru Venkata Sanyasappayya in 1998 at Balijipeta. She is now working in State Bank of India, Bobbili. They has one son Chy. Vinesh.

Maddamasetty Sri Phani is their younger daughter. She has done M.Sc. in Biochemistry from Nagarjuna University. She is married to Barigeda Muralidhar, son of Barigeda Venkata Ramana in 2001 at Balijipeta. They are working in Gammon India Ltd at Kulu in Himachal Pradesh. They has one daughter Chy. Dharani.

Maddamasetty Rani Shakuntala

Maddamasetty Rani Shakuntala is his third daughter. She is married to Angajala Koteswara Rao, eldest son of Angajala Venkata Pedappayya in 1963 at Balijipeta. They had two daughters and two sons. Angajala Sujatha, Angajala Jamuna, Angajala Sriniasa Rao and Angajala Raghuram.

Angajala Sujatha is their eldest daughter. She is married to Thota Bujjabbai, son of Thota Sanyasappayya in 1983 at Balijipeta. They had two sons Thota Raghuveer and Thota Sriharsha. Raghuveer has completed M.B., B.S. from Kurnool Medical College. Sriharsha has joined M.Tech. at J.N.T.U, Anantapur. They are living in Kurnool.


Angajala Jamuna is their second daughter. She is married to Maddamasetty Rajagopal Rao in 1984. She has been actively participating in many service programmes and helping in organizing many functions at Balijipeta. She has done memorable service to Narayanamma during the long period of sickness till the end.

Angajala Srinivasa Rao is their elder son. He has done Diploma in Engineering. He is married daughter of Anala Chitti Venkayya in 1996. They had a daughter. He died suddenly in 1998.

Angajala Raghuram is their younger son. He has worked as Technician in Granite factory at Patancheru. He is married to Saripalli Vaidehi at Nowrangapur. They had one son Chy. Goutham. He is now working in a private factory at Paidi Bhimavaram.

Maddamasetty Koteswara Rao

Maddamasetty Koteswara Rao is his fourth son. After studying S.S.L.C., he has training as Co-operative Supervisor in Rajahmundry. He has retired as Manager, Vizianagaram District Co-operative Bank. He has worked at Rajam, Vizianagaram, Bobbili, Kothavalasa, Cheepurupalli branches. He has helped the family in financial crisis many times. He is married to Shyamala, third daughter of Angajala Peda Sriramanujayya in 1967. They had two sons and a daughter. They are Maddamasetty Jagan Mohan, Maddamasetty Padmaja and Maddamasetty Vamsi Mohan.


Maddamasetty Jagan Mohan is their eldest son. He has done B. Tech. (Mechanical) and worked in a Shipping company. He is presently working as Software Engineer at Mumbai. He has married Madhavi Latha, daughter of Angajala Gopala Rao in 1998. They had two children Chy. Sakesh and Chy. Aishwarya.

Maddamasetty Padmaja is their only daughter. She has done postgraduation. She is married to Bandaru Venkata Ramana in 1996. They had two sons Chy. Rohith and Chy. Sonith. Both of them are working as Software engineers in U.S.A.

Maddamasetty Vamsi Mohan is their youngest son. He has done B. Tech (Electrical) and now working in Andhra Pradesh Genco, Hyderabad. He is married to Neelima, elder daughter of Redlam Bhaskar Rao in 2005 at Visakhapatnam.

Maddamasetty Savithramma

Maddamasetty Savithramma is his second daughter. She is married to Angajala Jagannadhayya, second son of Angajala Peda Pedappayya in 1953. They had four sons. They are Angajala Nageswara Rao, Angajala Muralikrishna, Angajala Rajasekhar and Angajala Ravi Kumar. They have adopted Bandaru Kalavathi, second daughter of her elder sister Seethayyamma and married her to Maddamasetty Mohan Rao at Salur. Angajala Jagannadhayya was doing Tamarind Business at Salur. He died of Heart attack on September 29, 1989. She is presently living in Hyderabad.


Angajala Nageswara Rao is their eldest son. He is born with Heart problem. He could not study, but capable of helping the relatives and friendly with the business people. He was helping his father in the business staying at home. He died of heart failure in 1989 at Salur.

Angajala Muralikrishna is their second son. He has done M.Com and M.B.A. postgraduate degrees. He is presently working in Rural Electrification Cooperative Society as Senior Accounts Officer at Cheepurupalli. He has married Indiramma, second daughter of Maddamasetty Bharata Rao in 1983. They had two daughters Angajala Srividya and Angajala Sowjanya. Angajala Srividya has done B.Tech and married Indugu Srihari. They have one daughter in 2009. Angajala Sowjanya studied B.A. degree and married to Maddamasetty Ramakrishna. They are living in Vizianagaram.

Angajala Rajasekhar is their third son. He has done M.B., B.S. from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam and M.D. in Pathology from All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He has established National Pathology Laboratory in Hyderabad and running in successfully. He is married to Dr. Padma Kumari, second daughter of Redlam Sriramulu at Srikakulam in 1989. They have been helping the family members from Balijipeta and Sigadam in providing medical advise and services. They had a daughter Angajala Gowtami Priyadarshini and a son Angajala Hemanth Kumar. Priyadarshini secured high ranking in EAMCET and got admission to Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad.

Angajala Ravikumar is their youngest son. He has taken care of the home and the business after the death of his father. He is married to Sitakumari, eldest daughter of Yandamuri Sanyasi Rao in 1992 at Nowrangapur. They has a son Angajala Vamsi and a daughter Angajala Harika. Vamsi is studying B.Tech. at Rourkela. He died of Brain caner in 2004.

Maddamasetty Bharata Rao

Maddamasetty Bharata Rao is his third son. After studying S.S.L.C., he has worked for sometime in Bhilai Steel plant. He returned home quitting the job. He has managed Tamarind business with his elder brother Maddamasetty Sreeramulappayya and Angajala Jagannadhayya. He is very orthodox and studied Hindu religious texts. He used to participate actively in Bhajans. He is married to Sarojini, second daughter of Angajala Ramanujayya in 1967 at Parvathipuram. They had five daughters and two sons. They are Maddamasetty Ragalatha, Maddamasetty Indiramma, Maddamasetty Surekha, Maddamasetty Lakshmi, Maddamasetty Kalyani, Maddamasetty Ramakrishna and Maddamasetty Chandrasekhar. He has died in December 2003 at Vizianagaram.


Maddamasetty Ragalatha is their eldest daughter. She married Bandaru Satyanarayana Murthy, second son of Bandaru Venkata Sanyasappayya in 1979. They had three sons Bandaru Jyotish, Bandaru Mahesh and Bandaru Nagesh. She was elected as Balijipeta Sarpanch as Congress Party candidate. She is successful both at work and at home.

Maddamasetty Indiramma is their second daughter. She is married to Angajala Muralikrishna, second son of Angajala Jagannadhayya in 1983. They had two daughters Angajala Srividya and Angajala Sowjanya. Both of them are married.

Maddamasetty Surekha is their third daughter. She has married Sriramulu and living at Seethampeta as housewife. They had a son Chy. Sai Kiran and a daughter Kum. Manasa.

Maddamasetty Lakshmi is their fourth daughter. She is married to Barigeda Ramesh. They had a son Chy. Shiva Prasad and a daughter Chy. Manasa. They are living in Balijipeta.

Maddamasetty Kalyani is their fifth daughter. She is married to Nagaraju in 1997. She has graduated and working as Telugu pundit in a Government school.

Maddamasetty Ramakrishna is their elder son. He is working in a Pharmaceutical company in Vizinagaram and operates Cable T.V. Network business at Ramavaram. He has married Angajala Sowjanya, second daughter of Angajala Muralikrishna in 2005. They are taking care of the family responsibilities staying at Vizianagaram.

Maddamasetty Chandrasekhar is their younger. He has done B.Sc., B.Ed. and working as Teacher in a private school. He has married Thota Nagaveni, youngest daughter of Thota Ranga Rao at Balijipeta in 2008.

Maddamasetty Laxmana

Maddamasetty Laxmana is his second son. He has studied B. Com. in Vizianagaram and obtained his M. Com. from Andhra University in 1959. He has joined Dandakaranya Project as U.D.C. He has retired in 1993 after working for 9 years in Nirmal and Vizianagaram as Income Tax Insperctor. He is known as "Guruvu Gaaru" for giving educational guidance as he is the first Postgraduate in the family. During his long career, he has worked for the upliftment of his office employees. He is married to Padmavathi, only daughter of Angajala Krishna Murthy in 1947 at Balijipeta. They had two sons and two daughters. They are Maddamasetty Sivasubrahmanyam, Maddamasetty Nagaveni, Maddamasetty Nagaraju and Maddamasetty Sravana Gowri. After the death of his wife Padmavathi in 2003, he is settled in Vizianagaram and spending time in public service.


Maddamasetty Sivasubrahmanyam is their eldest son. He has completed graduation and established in Business. He is married to Angajala Satyaprabha, daughter of Angajala Visweswara Rao in 2001. They had a daughter Chy. Bhanu Chitra.

Maddamasetty Nagaveni is their eldest daughter. She is married to Velidi Muralikrishna in 1993. They had a son Chy. Anjaneya Ganesh Sai and a daughter Chy. Geeta Lahiri.

Maddamasetty Nagaraju is their second son. He has joined Postal Accounts Department. He has succeeded in selecting as Income Tax Inspector and working in Hyderabad. He is married to Velidi Usha Padmini, second daughter of Velidi Venkata Ramana. They had a son Chy. Sai Phani Teja Aneesh.

Maddamasetty Sravana Gowri is their second daughter. She had done M. A. from Andhra University. She is married to Puppala Ramakrishna, eldest son of Puppala Balakrishna. They had a daughter Chy. Ragaharshini. She died of Heart failure at Visakhapatnam in 2007.

Maddamasetty Seethayyamma

Maddamasetty Seethayyamma is his Eldest daughter. She is married to Bandaru Venkata Sanyasappayya, son of Bandaru Satyam in 1947. The marriage function was held very grandly for seven days in Balijipeta. They had four sons and five daughters. They are Bandaru Prabhavathi, Bandaru Mallikarjuna Rao, Bandaru Satyanarayana Murthy, Bandaru Kalavathi, Bandaru Venkata Jagannadha Rao, Bandaru Rama Devi, Bandaru Vijaya Lakshmi, Bandaru Srinivasa Rao and Bandaru Nagamani.


Bandaru Prabhavathi is their eldest daughter. She is married to Angajala Jagannadha Rao, son of Angajala Venkatesham in 1967. Their only son is Angajala Prem Sai. He is now studying Engineering at G.M.R. College of Engineering at Rajam.

Bandaru Mallikarjuna Rao is their eldest son. He is married to Maddamasetty Mangatayaru, the only daughter of Maddamasetty Sriramulappayya in 1977. He has joined Revenue department in 1973 and reached the position of Special Deputy Collector by hard work and retired from service in 2009. He was felicitated as the Best Mandal Revenue Officer and Deputy Collector many times during his dedicated service. He is simple, down to earth person and helpful to the people. He has taken responsibility of the entire family, as his father died early. He is leading the combined family with dignity. They have two sons Bandaru Kalyan Chakravarthi and Bandaru Phani Chakravarthi. Kalyan Chakravarthi is married to Chy. Bindu Madhavi, only daughter of Angajala Giri. Phani Chakravarthi is recently married and presently working in Bangalore as Software Engineer with Siemans.

Bandaru Satyanarayana Murthy is their second son. He is married to Ragalatha, eldest daughter of Maddamasetty Bharata Rao in 1979. He has taken the responsibility of looking after the Wooden depot and developed as a good businessman. He is associated with his elder brother in looking after the family responsibilities. He has entered politics and elected as Mandal Congress President and twice as M.P.T.C. He made his wife as Sarpanch to the Balijipeta Panchayati. They have three sons: Bandaru Jyotish, Bandaru Mahesh and Bandaru Nagesh. Bandaru Jyotish after graduation, helping the family business. Bandaru Mahesh has completed M.B.A. and established his own Placement company in Hyderabad. Bandaru Nagesh is presently doing his M.B.A.

Bandaru Kalavathi is their second daughter. She was adopted by Maddamasetty Savitramma and married to her brother Maddamasetty Mohan Rao in 1974 at Salur. They have two daughters: Maddamasetty Gowri and Maddamasetty Sriphani. Maddamasetty Gowri is married to Bandaru Srinivasa Rao. Maddamasetty Sriphani is married to Barigeda Muralidhar, son of Barigeda Venkata Ramana.

Bandaru Venkata Jagannadha Rao is their third son. He is married to Indugu Padmavathi, the only daughter of Indugu Narayana in 1984. He is working as Manager in Jute Corporation of India. He is very helpful and actively participates in all the family functions. They have a son Bandaru Kishore and a daughter Bandaru Divya. Bandaru Kishore has completed Engineering and presently working in New Delhi. Bandaru Divya is now doing her postgraduation in Andhra University.

Bandaru Rama Devi is their third daughter. She is married to Maddamasetty Gopala Rao, son of Maddamasetty Appa Rao in 1979. They have a son Maddamasetty Surya Prakash and a daughter Maddamasetty Himabindu. Maddamasetty Surya Prakash is presently working as Software engineer. Maddamasetty Himabindu is married to Barigeda Srikanth, son of Barigeda Rama Rao in 2005.

Bandaru Vijaya Lakshmi is their fourth daughter. She is married to Indugu Venkata Ramana, son of Indugu Narayana in 1984. They have two sons: Indugu Sai and Indugu Shiridi. Indugu Sai has completed Engineering graduation and presently working as Software Engineer.

Bandaru Srinivasa Rao is their fourth son. He is married to Maddamasetty Gowri, elder daughter of Maddamasetty Mohan Rao in 1998. He is associated with his elder brother in the Business and Agriculture and also running his Cable T.V. Network. They have a son Vinesh.

Bandaru Nagamani is their fifth daughter. She is married to Maddamasetty Venkata Ravi, son of Maddamasetty Suryanarayana in 1995. They have two sons Maddamasetty Venkata Sai and Maddamasetty Subhakar.

Maddamasetty Sriramulappayya

Maddamasetty Sriramulappayya was their eldest son. He was educated at Samsthanam High School in Bobbili and successfully completed S.S.L.C. in 1947. He had been helping his father in the Business at Balijipeta. After the demice of his father, he jointly started Tamarind business with Nephew Angajala Jagannadhayya at Salur. He has taken the entire responsibility of the family. He brought up his brothers, married sisters and educated grandchildren to a progressive path. He is very soft, liberal and helpful to the poor. He used to advise in case of conflicts without bias and earned name as "Dharmaraju".

He has married Barigeda Suryakantam, second daughter of Barigeda Narasayya in 1952 at Balijipeta. They had two sons and a daughter. Eldest son is Maddamasetty Rajagopal. Third daughter is Maddamasetty Mangatayaru. Second son Maddamasetty krishna Rao died at the age of 10 years.


Maddamasetty Rajagopal, is familiar with the Accounts of Sri Venkateswara Swamy Devasthanam of Balijipeta, for which his grandfather was the trustee. He is married to Adimulam Vijayalaxmi, daughter of Adimulam Ramana of Jeypore in 1979. They had a daughter Swapna and a son Sandeep. She died of illness. Later Rajagopal is married to Angajala Jamuna Rani daughter of Angajala Koteswara Rao and Rani Shakuntala. Their daughter Swapna is married to Muppidi Srinivasa Rao in 1999. Sandeep is currently working as Mechanical Engineer with Gammon India Ltd. in Himachal Pradesh.

Maddamasetty Mangatayaru has studied Intermediate. She is married to Bandaru Mallikarjuna Rao in 1977. They have two sons Bandaru Kalyan Chakravarthi and Bandaru Phani Chakravarthi. Kalyan Chakravarthi is married to Chy. Bindu Madhavi, only daughter of Angajala Giri. Phani Chakravarthi is recently married.

Brief Introduction

Maddamasetty Jagannadhayya was born to Sri Maddamasetty Narayana Swamy and Venkayyamma at Ganguvari Sigadam of erstwhile Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh. He was their only son. He lost his father at the age of 9 months and shifted to Balijipeta with his mother to their Grandfather Angajala Sriramulappayya. He lived and grown with six of his uncles. He studied at Primary school and trained in family Business of the grandfather. After the demise of his grandfather, he along with his uncles Angajala Krishnayya and Chittappayya, established his business on the name of Madddamasetty Jagannadhayya. They developed this business and took it to a grand scale with head office at Balijipeta and branch offices at Donkinavalasa, Komatipalli and Vizianagaram. He was well versed with the Hindu Epics like Ramayana, Mahabharath and Bhagavadgeeta. His favorite god is Srirama of Bhadrachalam and used recite Rama nama regularly. He takes care of his relatives and trained many of them in business and helped in their education, thereby helping them to establish in high positions.


He was an Indian Freedom activist and follower of Mahatma Gandhi. He participated in many activities during the Independant struggles under Congress pary along with Angajala Gandhi Venkatesam. He was close to V. V. Giri, Kadapa Koti Reddy, Bezawada Gopala Reddy and others. He was host of many of them during their visit in his house.

He was married Chittamma, daughter of Angajala Ranga Jagannadhayya. They had a son and a daughter. Both his wife and children died early. Later he was married to Narayanamma, daughter of Angajala Peda Pedappayya. All the present generation are thier children and grandchildren.

Maddamasetty Jagannadhayya and Narayanamma had 6 sons and 4 daughters. They are : 1. Maddamasetty Sriramulappayya, 2. Maddamasetty Seethayyamma, 3. Maddamasetty Lakshmana, 4. Maddamasetty Bharata Rao, 5. Maddamasetty Savitramma, 6. Maddamasetty Koteswara Rao, 7. Maddamasetty Rani Shakuntala, 8. Maddamasetty Mohana Rao, 9. Maddamasetty Krishna Rao, 10. Maddamasetty Ramadevi
